The 2K Profit System offers an optional integration with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. ("Zoom") that allows members to automatically create Zoom meetings when prospects book appointments through our platform.

What Zoom Data We Access

When you choose to connect your Zoom account via OAuth, we request the following minimum permissions:

• meeting:write — permission to create scheduled meetings in your Zoom account on your behalf

We access only the data required to create the meeting (meeting topic, start time, duration) and to store the resulting join URL so it can be sent to your prospect. We do not access your Zoom recordings, contacts, chat messages, or meeting participant data.

How We Store Zoom Data

We store your Zoom OAuth access token, refresh token, and your Zoom account email address in our database. Tokens are stored securely and used only to create meetings on your behalf. We never share your Zoom tokens with third parties.

How to Disconnect Zoom

You may disconnect your Zoom account at any time from your booking calendar setup page at 2kprofitsystem.com/setup-booking-calendar/. Disconnecting will immediately revoke our access and delete the stored tokens from our database. You can also revoke our access directly from your Zoom account at zoom.us/profile under "Connected Apps."

Zoom Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of all Zoom-related data we hold about you, email support@2kprofitsystem.com with the subject line "Zoom Data Deletion Request." We will process the request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to improve site performance, analyze traffic, remember your preferences, and track affiliate referrals. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
